I don't know. Few days ago I was shot down by a battleship of unknown faction (can't remember) while I was adjusting my videocard settings for a smoother fight. I was sad but then I went to sleep.
I would like to blame someone, can you point me to the appropriate section of the forums, please?
2 Bombers, 2 VHFs and 1 Gunboat vs 2 VHFs, fix your own faction about the things you are complaining here, before telling other factions what you think it's wrong with them.
To stay on topic:
I had fun with sails last time, I'm glad to see you guys active again.
Firstly, there is appropriate thread for that feedback.
Secondly, I can't fix [M]. I am merely player flying under that tag.
Thirdly, I have the right to express my opinion. And the faction hearing it has the right to act upon it if they see necessary. Acting like jerks while hearing honest, non offensive feedback is their right. They create their own image.
And lastly, I can't know all the details of all happenings since I don't follow all ingame happenings and all chats in Skype.

D'awww, don't be sad about it my friend, I rarely give blue messages to anyone(unless it's training), either you die or I escape, on -any- character. So, seriously, if the problem is what Vito said, don't be sad, it's not just you.
I let you go since I thought you'll have some respect for gameplay and will stay away. That's at least what I do after fleeing - admit I was beaten.
I couldn't care if I got blue massage or not. That's even insulting assumption.
The whole issue isn't based on rules, rather behaviour as a player, which matters the most at the end of playing session, at least to me. To know that you met many awesome players, that you had fun with them is the most valuable aspect of playing this game to me.
Maybe winning is more important to you. That's fine. It's your choice. But if somebody gives you honest feedback there's no reason to go "NO U" straight away. It's not like the feedback itself hurts you. Unless recieving party is arrogant. But that's its personal problem. So bye bye.

I'll try to explain it to you with hope that you may listen. Respect for the gameplay has nothing to do with it since memeber in question never broke the rules, gameplay is broken when rules are. We already concluded that there were fair numbers on both side and that you would have lost if he did or didn't return since you had only 1 ship left against 3 ships before he did came back again. He resupplied after the battle so they can stay in Bretonia and hunt more after first wave of enemies is defeated.
Now even if inRP "fairplay" doesn't exist, even if inRP Corsairs are brutal savages who would hunt and kill you all with even huge fleet if they had it (on that spot), fight started fair and ended by you being defeated. I can't see how players behavior would be any better if they would kill your friends and you stayed 1 vs 3 of them and then say : Hey man, now that we defeated his fleet, lets do 1 vs 1.
So basically you weren't ganked, you weren't disrespected as a player in any way but you mind because someone resupplied, then you have a problem with a rule. The rule has been change to reflect that of yours "If I leave the fight I have enough honor or whatever to stay out of it", rules were changed exactly so that players don't have to have honor towards leaving the battle if their enemies can't follow them to the base.
Oh and trust me, they are awesome players. PvP hurts feeling apparently, you can always avoid it if you wish, or fight enjoy in victory and defeat and press that respawn button from time to time. I don't know will you bother to read this or what, but I didn't see any problem except that you lost a fight in your last few posts. Have fun.
It has nothing to do with losing. Get your facts straight (sounds familiar?)
It has to do with using the rule to have superiority to win (even if you claim it was already won).
The rule was mainly changed because there were intentional battleship hugging to "win" the encounter which led to ooRP situations. Get your facts straight (sounds familiar?)
I would have brought this even if <strike>we</strike> I would have won.

Would you have won if he didn't come back ?

People still do it, rule had nothing to do with it.
