kappa has a whole planet of robots.

imho, AI should be miners and traders as well as uber pvp pirates:

10 see rock
20 target rock
30 shoot rock
40 if cargo=full goto=<base1>
50 sell ore
60 buy <cargo1>
70 goto <base2>.
80 sell <cargo1>
90 goto to <mining location1>
100 redo from start.

An AI faction would need human/advanced AI mechanics and programmers (read, squad leaders and faction leader). they would also need defense modules (snubs)

they could also be a smuggler faction: AI would only recognise the rules built into their programming.

I only need to structure better the faction and fix other minor iusses, then I'll create it.

that is an ancient programming language called basic. last used on the ZX spectrum, circa 1985


i was thinking out loud... and got carried away. those 'could' be the set messages that the ai drones broadcast. the 'squad leaders' could have a simpler one, along the lines of 'assess target... destroy target... status report: no threats detected/systems failing' or something.


that said... i just had an idea; how about if we could 'hire' AI drones that could mine with us, transport cargo with us, or just defend us. (i know this has been completed on another mod)... the bases coul build the factory, then build the 'fighter module' or build a different factory and then build the 'mining module' or a third kind for the 'transporting module'

I am sorry for beeing idle but i had some trouble on my head latley and i am not that active as before and for the lore...leave it to me i will finish writing mine and then i will translate it and post it here but that needs to wait till next month...btw i am still recruting but be shure il drop the hammer on all who wants to join and i dont mean at fighting skills...thats because one of my lastest recruits got his accounts ninja-ed so who wants to join pm me and prepare some severe scrutiny...that is if i replay
