Gunboats, Fighters and Bomber are good enough.

I can't believe I'm actually posting on forums.. but anyways.
Instead of trying to act like some kind of Order| recruiters, go do something useful instead of trolling someone's idea. I joined because i rather dislike the rest of the order factions, and because this idea is a fresh one.
So please take your unwanted advise elsewhere.

Posting this information on the forums means they wanted advise, so take your attitude elsewhere.
This isn't a fresh idea, they merely want to use Order technology to PvP who they choice to PvP. You can indeed use Order technology, you merely need to make buddy buddy with the Order|. Why you would need caps to protect traders is beyond me.

We want to be able to use Order technology for our Roleplay, if you don't like our idea of a faction, you don't have to join, but we are sure there are some who would like to join.

Protecting the Order and allied factions.
Eliminating all threats.
Eliminating anything that stands in the way of the Omicron Armed Forces' goals or the Order's goals.

See that bold part, that is the issue. Order technology is for Order role play. Your group isn't wanting to role play the Order. You want to role play something else, thus you don't use Order technology.
I gave you a solution to your problem. Order IFF with the Merc ID and go work for the Order|. If you don't act like idiots and stick to the role play you've presented here, you could probably work a deal with the Order| to use some of their technology.
This server doesn't conform to what you want, you conform to how it runs. That applies to every player here. I'd love to use Order technology on all of my characters, but I can't and don't. You don't need cap ships to perform the role play you've outlined here.
If you don't feel like actually role playing, because to be honest, you don't seem like you do. You merely want the best technology handed to you to do what you want with it. So long as you don't break Order role play you can be Order and have fun. This faction could work as an unofficial Order faction, but it has more potential as a group of mercs working for the Order.
