" I guess we should contact the unioners to handle it peacefully first, but as far I can tell the majority of the party looks like we could use our forces to face them...."
Boehmer cought and looked at the second point and read it: "The Rheinland-Liberty war"
" So far we have been fighting agaisnt the libertonian treat, but Im not quite sure whether we shall continue with it...more and more voices from the party are raising that we should try to contact the Liberty authorities and talk with them about a possible place for the Bundschuh...."
" The biggest argument is, that if Rheinland will really get defeated, it will need a new goverment....a party and people who would make it raise from the ashes and make it shine again...."
" I'm undecided in this matter, genossen...I want to hear YOUR opinions...."
"What I don't understand.. Even when we try to help the Military fools against Liberty, they still shoot us! That is something I truthfully - do not understand. Ja.. Rheinland will need another government if it falls.. But what if it doesn't? What will we do then.. By siding with the Libertonians, the Military would have us for the most vile terrorists and traitors of the fatherland! I don't believe that we want the people to think of us like that.."
He paused, waiting for a reply.

"It is a difficult thing. I do not feel comfortable fighting alongside the Military, and the Libertonians are not necessarily our enemy. Yet as Gruber said what will the Volk think?"
She looked around and continued
"Government propaganda has made the Libertonians look very bad in the eyes of the public. Siding with them would make us look like traitors."
She paused.
"But.. who says we have to said with either of them? Chances are the Volksfront will need to focus on the Unioners now and with our limited manpower and resources, it might be wise to not involve ourselves with this useless warmongering."
A younger woman stands up in the theatre, dressed in dull, utilitarian work wear most unbefitting of her otherwise unspoilt complexion - shoulder-length blonde hair waving around weightlessly as she rises, her deep blue eyes scanning around the room upon the locked gazes of her. She clears her throat and begins speaking, unsure in her words - but sure in their intentions.
As far as the Unioners are concerned... they have long since proven that they have lost sight of their - our - goal. The correction of the state of affairs in Rheinland is no longer their primary objective, instead, they are focused on piracy and power broking. The same fate may engulf us if we choose to sit beside them as they burn.
Outright cutting ties with this far more potent organisation, of course, would be fatal for us. We must instead keep our cards close to our chest. Feed them just enough so they don't turn on us but keep them as far removed from our business as is possible. We should not accept any gifts, offerings or favours from the Unioners as this will only weaken the walls we need to put up.
The same can be applied to the Red Hessians, to a lesser degree. But that's a topic for another day.
The woman's voice steadily rises in volume as she gains confidence in her words. She proudly glares over her audience, takes a deep breath, and continues.
Regarding the war with Liberty. A Rheinlander is a Rheinlander. I would sooner die at the hands of one of my own than work beside an opponent of our great house. Liberty is our enemy so long as they are an enemy of Rheinland.
There are some people among us who will frequently engage Rheinland corporate or military forces and this is not something we should be permitting. We are politicians. We are NOT terrorists.
There is a standing notion that we are not to back down or flee from police or Military forces when encountered. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life.
The officers of Rheinland are not our enemy. The people issuing them orders are. These front line soldiers are no different to you or I. They have warm blood. They have friends, families. They are fighting for what they think is right because they have been spoon-fed lies and misinformation by the guard above their heads.
What needs to die is the mill of deceit that is churning out these untruths about us and our goals. Killing people will not achieve this. Stealing will not achieve this. Only information and its proliferation can.
As for the third point. Cardamine and the people who produce it.
Do you really want Rheinland to fall to the pits of hell that Liberty has become!?! Even considering such an outlandish concept would be impossible for someone who truly believes in the goal of the Volksfront! I would sooner die than accept an Outcast as an ally!!
The woman pauses, apparently having broken something in her throat from screaming. A cold sweat takes over her as the piercing stares of her audience sink in.
"You assume, Gennosin, that Liberty seeks to conquer Rheinland and establish a Libertonian rule. Neither house can afford to push the war much further as the independent worlds however and I expect that they will seek peace soon. This war brought nothing but bloodshed for no good reason."
She speaks loud and sounds determined. A determination which would slowly take over the crowd.
"Should we really bother with the war-games of Rheinhardt and Powell? We got nothing to gain from it and resources and people to lose.
Oh and as for the Cardamine, we weren't that far yet. Please keep on the topic we were discussing."
"We shouldn't fight with the Libertonians. We should fight them. And we should fight the Police and Military aswell.. We need to improve our supplies! I have two suggestions:
1. We could travel to Liberty, bring a transport ship and destroy Liberty suppliers and take their cargo.
2. We employ foreign trading companies to aid us.
Thoughts?"

[20:45] Domjan1911: YUGOSLAVIAN YUGOSLAVIAN!
"Interesting thoughts, Genosse, though I still think we should stay neutral in this war, your ideas are still very interesting.
However, would it not be dangerous to send ships that far from home.
The Libertonian law-enforcements could make such an operation do more harm than good.
As for foreign aid:
That sounds good, but finding a company that would want to support us is no easy task, they would have to sympathize with our goals as we have little to give in return."
" Gut genossen, lets agree on our terms with the Libertonians. I think the neutral stance would be the best choice. If we would choose the wrong side the consequences would be just too high."
" As far for the unioners, I am aware of their power. I just doubt that they are aware of ours. They are getting more and more agressive. We often meet them in Frankfurt, seeing them pirating and their behavior towards us is also very rude."
Boehmer coughted
" I suggest the party will contact the unioners in order to ban them out of Frankfurt. Of course there will be some exceptions, what could be discussed. But Frankfurt needs to 'clean' ...."
" Of course I wont do anything if the Bundschuh wont agree with it....its all up to us...."
Then it is now time for the last and most important topic of this congress... cardamine..."
She pauses.
"Because, Genossen, we are in a dire situation. The last years were hard for us, we have dwindled in numbers and also lost support. We need supplies and ships and those ships need to be maintained.
Cardamine is a solution. This drug has spread all over Sirius... except Rheinland. Because our fellow revolutionaries as well as us ourselves have said that it would enslave people, make them dependent on the Outcasts. Yet, who are we to deny them this? If they want to use cardamine, who are we to say that they can't.
We fight for freedom and this is also a matter of freedom. The freedom to chose to use cardamine or not.
And if we smuggle cardamine into Rheinland for Outcasts, we will ask them for supplies in return.
Now I know some of you will be concerned as to how the other revolutionary groups will respond to this. But who says they have to know about this? And if they do find out, who says they will bother with it. We are just a small group, being the underdog will be our advantage."
