Honourable Dragons,
After our succesfull arrive to Rishiri system, we have found a goodlooking engineer who offered some Quantum Multiplexors for sale. Our scientists have tested them and they are in fine condition and well made.
I can say, [color=#FFFFFF]4950 items of Quantum Multiplexors are succesfully hauled to Kameyama Outpost. However there is a little problem with your commodity dealer. As we realised, the offered price was just [color=#FF0000]1$ per Quantum Multiplexors. It was odd a bit, but well, we arent doing it for profit.
Altough we suggest you to take a look again on your prices to avoid from problems in the future.

Thank you and we will pray to the ancestors for your mission.

This is Julia Morrow reporting the successful completion of the Ship Hull Panels order. I hope that I could help you with the construction of your base a little by taking the goods to your beautiful base.

The Guild asked me to copy my report in this channel as well. Perhaps you will find some things interesting.
' Wrote:I was recently asked to make some deliveries to the new Blood Dragon base along with IMG|Porcupine and IMG|Really:Broke. Noone tried to follow us and in Chugoku we only encountered suppliers belonging to the GMG| and Order|
While conducting my last supply run (Quantum Multiplexors) however there was an incident in New Tokyo:
When I was taking the lane from Shinjuku to Yokohama, a Samura| Ryuujin was also going that way. My docking sequence failed and when I was going to try again the impatient Kusarian captain force his way to the trade lane damaging my ship. I asked him to give me money for the damage he intentionally dealt on my ship and he refused. Fortunately, soon afterwards a [KSP] Ahodouri contacted us and told us to wait [1][2]
When he came he examined our testimonies and decided that Samura|Ichikawa owed me $75,000 for the damage dealt to my ship [1][2][3][4][5] The Samura captain laughed and declined to pay. Soon afterwards a Hogosha ship and a Farmer on a Corsair Gunboat appeared and threw insults at me and demanded me to pay money for insulting the "honour" [1][2][3][4][5] Fortunately in the fight that ensued, my ship wasn't damaged while the [AFA] Imperator was destroyed by the [KSP] Ahodouri along with the help of a [KNF] bomber. I believe the showing of these 2 vessels in the area wasn't accidental and it is highly possible that the Samura| vessel invited them as I've read the documents regarding their secret cooperation. This is highly possible as the Farmer and the Hogosha knew what was going on before they even reached the area! [1][2]
After the fight, a [KNF] Battleship appeared as well. The officer asked a few more times the Ichikawa to pay or follow him to Narita without its cargo but the Samuran captain kept refusing. In the end Samura|Ichikawa was destroyed by the [KSP] Gunboat and the [KNF] Battleship [1][2][3]
I now see the importance of supporting the Blood Dragons by putting an end to this system called Samura. I have taken more photos of the incident and I'll present them as well, in case they are needed.

After receiving information on the state of Kameyama Outpost through S.K.Y.P.3 Comms, I immediately set out to fulfil the help request.
You may be happy to know that a total of 6880 cargo units of repair supplies (basic alloy) have been delivered to your base [1] [2].

[color=#FFCC00]Message Begin>>>
[color=#FFFF66]Well whaddaya know? Our Blood Dragon friends built a station and invited the IND to stop by, but I hadn't even heard about it until today! I should really keep a closer watch on our communications channels.
Anyway, I thought I'd stop by to see what needed doing on your space-base. On my arrival, however, I found the place to be a bit behind on repairs. Seemed like it was out of bandages, so to speak. I dumped a load of basic alloy in there, and it seems like that's done your base a bit of good. Should be back at 100% operational status right about now.
I also noticed that you don't have a listed price for basic alloy at the top of this transmission. I didn't get paid for it when I dropped it off on the base, either. That's okay, though. This one load's on the house. If you want the IND to help you out with any further shipments, though, we'll probably have to work out some sort of deal that benefits both of us. You know how it is.
