Currently, there is no Primusian player faction and the role-play set for Primus was a joke by Digital Anvil. I wouldn't make up some random bullcrap just to get role-play going my way, unlike you it would seem. I can justify the background I have written so far with InRP events.

In relation to this:
I would avoid using the Coalition/SCRA in it from the very start. No doubt a good few shuttles went missing during the exodus from the Hispania, hard to argue against the idea that some might have made it to Primus.
The folks there could have well, just gone communist. Earth could've gone the same way not too long ago. Not far fetched for it to happen.
That would certainly be a possibility. I was hoping to involve the Coalition-RP of the Resurgency mission so the Primusian communists would be slightly influenced by the Katz Manifesto rather than being pure Leninist. But it's not at all critical to the plot, so if Alvin says no then it can be entirely removed from the plot.
It really would have been an accelerator, and a nice way to tie up loose ends in that story. A group of communist revolutionaries already established upon planetfall would certainly lead to a revolution faster than having to have the people establish their own communist groups.

I don't see the Primusians as furries. What is the definition of a "furry" in Discovery? And how could this possibly lead to a banning of "furries" in other factions? I know there are dog furries already in the BAF and RFP, so how would this lead to their removal from those factions?

A furry in Discovery should be a Primusian. Just like a Gamm...usian?, is a robot/sentient AI.
EDIT: A banning could be simple: furries are incompatible in society, just as much as AIs are.

Anyway, I have decided to remove all mention of the Resurgency mission. It will make things much simpler and lead to a pure Bolshevik movement which won't have perfect relations with the Coalition.

Retconning could only have a possible effect if all of the people who have RPed a furry have their origin as Primus. I don't see how they could think that makes sense in the first place, seeing as everybody knows that Primus is populated by monkey-like creatures. Do you know anybody's furry role-play that centres the origin of the character/s on Primus?
I do not believe that furries should all originate from Primus.
Edit: I'm surprised that this is the largest issue. I thought it'd be the communist part. ^^

I think you may see where I'm going with this. If you just said that your character originated from Primus without an explanation of what was happening on Primus, then that's fine. But nobody has put forward a lore for Primus apart from the infocard provided by Digital Anvil, and I am trying to now make one. I'm trying to explain what's happening on Primus, and if you can give me details of your role-play it may be compatible.

I don't see why it should invalidate my RP. I'd have to look through the notes I've written to myself about it (simple notes I usually keep to remind myself of my characters' personalities), but I'm not home right now.
