I had an idea for the development of the Coalition capital system, Moscow. Just putting it out there as something different, because this is very rare in Discovery. The pattern has always been to have a habitable planet and any moons are unhabitable and barren. What I suggest is a large gas giant, but in orbit of the gas giant is a habitable moon. The only example where this is present in Discovery is in Coronado, with the moon Pecos which orbits Planet Salina.

It would help with the story I'm developing.

Very nice. Speaking of Bretonia and mining outposts, can Cardiff Mining Facility be by any chance renamed to something that makes a bit more sense, like Merthyr Tydfil Mining Facility as an example? Cardiff was mainly a harbour and only shipped out the goods. Merthyr Tydfil was a mining village that extracted and processed the materials.
