Quite similar, but roc is agiler, in abit, abit that makes alot of difference.

Which bomber is the most agile?

Sirian? Mamoru, Farmers Alliance Bomber.
Gallic? Jaguar Noir, Union Corse Bomber.
Civilian? Roc, for obvious reasons.

How agile is the Havok mkII compared to say the Roc?

Havok has much larger size but more hull as well, and a tad less agility but with better response time... Overall, it depends on your style, both being Civilian, you should pick whichever suits you better. I personally went with the Roc back when I used to fly bombers.

Not much of a Bomber, but Mafic has a Great Agility and Defensive capabilities...imo;)

Roc. Just Roc.

Roc's agility has been nerfed, it isn't that fast. I'd say Orchid and Mamoru.

What does that mean?

When I tested it out, I found that havok turned faster.

Mamo makes it up with it's size. While it's just a bit better than avarage that is if we would take heavy ones into the scale.
