Firstly, we'll be dropping the FUI fine as you have already paid them. The other fines will remain.

Secondly, using the evidence you've provided, racism and prejudice was not a factor in this. As has been stated numerous times, the agents have clearly destroyed your vessel as you failed to cooperate. You were flying a military grade vessel with weapons while drunk. You were a threat to the agent's and the general public's lives, and therefore the agents acted accordingly.

You first directed a transmission to the Liberty Government and the Liberty Court Chief, and only those two recipients. This transmission automatically falls under the law and is protected by Government laws. Your representatve accessed this transmission without either yours or our permission, and thus is being charged with hacking a Government frequency.

And you're right, this wasn't a trial. You asked for a civil trial to be established, and we unanimously decided that this isn't a supreme court issue. Plus the evidence you have provided to the lawful forces only incriminates yourself; it shows no wrong doing by the agents.

Our decision to deny the establishment of a trial is final. So far you have contacted the LPI, the LSF and finally the Navy. If you wanted to clear your name with them, you'd have shown all your evidence to them.

As for the hacking, you didn't specify that within your recipient list. It's the law, and your lawyer broke it.

This suit was not filed with the Liberty Supreme Court. I am appalled at the continuing and blatant violation of Liberty Law from those selected to uphold it.
No claim against the government has been filed. This suit has been filed only against the individuals in question, and the Liberty Government has no responsibility for it.
Moreover, The Supreme Court has no jurisdiction over an as yet un-appealed claim. Moreover, a claim cannot be dismissed without a motion having been filed by those it was claimed against.
The second I was engaged under law as Mr. Nuuskamuikkunen's solicitor, under Liberty Code I was granted access to all communique's originating from or going to my client.
I am now wondering how someone as throughly incompetent as you managed to ever be appointed to the Supreme Court in the first place.
Moreover, it is not the place of even the appropriately jurisdictioned court judge to determine guilt in a criminal matter.
My client was never arrested, never charged, never summoned, never allowed to even represent himself, and he was not judged by a jury of his peers as is his right under the Liberty Constitution.
For that matter, neither was I.
You have violated the basic tenets of a democratic society and a court of law.
It would not be a stretch to say your actions here amount to perjury and treason and violate the oath you swore upon taking office to uphold the law of the land.
