- purchasing them
- maintaining them ( continous supplies )
- protecting them ( there will possibly be ways to protect them while you ( your faction ) are offline )
either way - owning a station will be a "full time" job for even small factions. ( if you re a single person - imagine owning the queen elizabeth II ... you may buy it - but will you be able to operate it? )

I, for one can understand that maintaining a single base can be a full-time RP job...but personally, I'm cool with that cause since '08 I've been preferring to try & RP a place with people in it rather than RP'ing people visiting a place. This new thing is one hell of a game-changer in my eyes & I'm excited t see how it works out. If done right, the potential for player inter-coopperation rises off the chart.
' Wrote:all the above is getting in - soo - the persephone will be able to cloak, build bases, jump - none of the other ships though - tough luck
Only the Persephone?
Seriously, I'm not amused at all.;)
EDIT: Why do you list that players can build bases and other stuff when only a small group of people can use them? Unique ships, unique stuff for people. Seriously, this is becoming a rat hole place.
