The idea was to edit the ID from a labyrinthine and unplayable mess to something generic that a wider playerbase could access and not just one faction.

Cancer jokes are win.

It was to limit an ID that had no perceivable limits. A ban on piracy didn't come into it as you could simply define your enemies on an ad hoc basis.

Quote: granted as i see in general a DECLINE in AI rp (rp in general on the server maybe cause of this crap?) we sure as hell would have lasted longer had someone not by consensus or some assumed conflict or problem thats only solvable action was to have made it public. To screw with was not.... broken...

Who are "we"? The SMA? Your decline had nothing to do with ID changes. Many factions thrive with freely available IDs. Quit blaming others for it. The VE faction managed to survive okay with a freely available ID.

Quote: BE AVAILABLE FOR FEEDBACK AND QUESTIONS. Change doesn't have to be a scary thing it CAN be productive and it can FIX issues.

Feedback and questions are fine, provided there are plenty of insults and talk of cancer.
