' Wrote:So we, the Privus Zoners, can freely decide on what the NFZ is like around Freeport One, correct? The new NFZ is just a general guideline?
That is the plan, though in the Zoner Skype chat that all of the indy Freeport admins are in it was suggested that none of the NFZs be modified in a way that protects non-Zoners. I'm sure more discussion will follow, for now though modify at your will and post them within the linked thread.
So zoners become some selfmade Faction like any other. "Free"ports are not free anymore cause any nonfaction Pirate clan can takeover the area and rule it by informaly allying with that zoner base (nonattack agreement).
This was your plan realy, wasnt it?
Now i already see some major Pirate Group forming up big in Bering, doing attacks into Texas on LNS for fun.
You just simply made Zoners another Pirat Faction, informaly but obviously by supporting Pirats to act as they wish around your bases, aslong as they only leave YOU in peace...
I therefor vote to make all zoners and freelancers hostile in all house area from now on, cause they look all the same Criminals to me now. Be it smuggler Pirate or official allie of both (like zoners now look to me).

characters =/= players, bro. the sooner you realise that (and apply to yourself), the better.

Thats some major whisfull thinking here. I bet you know all to well that so many Players are so far away from your Ideal that your ideal doesnt matter much realy anymore.
Citing some nice fragment from Taoism:
"[...].Things/Rules that dont count are nonexistant/no rules.[...]"
Very funny now is that Zoners reason exactly that principle here concerning NFZ, just from theyr perspective ofcourse.
And if your in to this in any way with any of your own RP Vlko, check yourself on your veryown high "characters =/= players" ideal cause youd be the first ever to be involved and neutral same time.... ^^
You dont like it, go to Bethlehem; my policy stays as it one. No firing at all.
Just dont run there like an idiot with pirates/navy/etc chasing you please.
Being new to the server and my characters being pretty much rookie pilots, I would agree on keeping Bethlehem station in PA as a complete NFZ. There's too many low level characters there for there to be a free for all. Today in fact, we had a pilot with a Corsair ID and a Deep Space Explorer pirating in PA, even those civilian pilots under level 30. Even though that pilot may have been high on cardamine, and the level of violence in PA is relatively low, as it is the system for starting pilots, I think a full NFZ should remain in place.
