This would make sense. As we all know it is not a powerful cruiser in any type of a fight. I would go as far to say the weakest cruiser in the game.
Make that an exception on ID. No caps except the recon cruiser.

Many indies don't understand order lore.

The entire point is that the order is trying to SAVE humanity from an external threat that few know exist....pewpewing inrp ignorant navy pilots is about as far from order rp as one can get (not to mention, inrp, it brings unnecessary attention and diverts valuable resources i.e. you would probably be court martialed by HC unless it was in self defense and the alternative was your chars death).

You should always run from a fight unless left with no other options....that is unless their nomnoms (and, I guess, bunters).

Perhaps this issue could be solved if order players actually had something to do with their chars besides "recon" in new york and blow up npcs in the omicrons.

That would require more nomad players though, and I don't see that happening anytime soon.

This was my point. I have in past(not for like a year) taken the Yorktown into Delta to hunt Nomads. I cannot tell you how many times Order groups suddenly joined up, and came into Delta looking to kill a Liberty Dread.(although back then it was a Carrier and I RP'd it as base for snubs hunting Nomads). I would end up hugging the freeport with 3-5 Order circling me telling me to leave the No fire zone so they could kill me.
It is true that maybe if Order had more to fight like Nomads maybe they would stop going after Navy and such. I got an Order char or 2. And i never play them. Nothing to do there,and systems are bloody huge now. Cannot even hunt NPCs unless in off hours.

PS. Now that Nomads or whatever they going to call themselves now are under new rule. Maybe myself and a few others will be allowed to join up. Then Order can have something to RP/PvP with. Only time will tell.

Sometimes it does seem like invading Alaska, but what actually is happening are folks doing missions and repping chars, as still there is no other working Order missions.

The amount of Order indies should clear up when they add missions to planets in Mu or O-100 or some such. Or maybe it's already too late and that has become the new Indie stronghold :lol:
