I like the textures, bot the forward angle on the wings you had earlier was a tad better imho, the blac circle thingies kind of look like VTOL engines ^^
See, Jinx? Everyone wants them. So, tell the devs to screw 'emselves and get them to stick these in (once they're done). After all, those things are what Disco needs.
the circles ARE vertical thrusters.... i reckon that military grade gear might be equipped with expensive anti-grav engines.... but the more solid civilian gear might still make use of adjustable and conventional engines.
anyway - that ship is slightly smaller than a dagger - and has a slightly larger front profile than a dagger..
might easily make it a civilian LF mk2 or a civilian courier...
i intentionally chose these rather cheerful colours, cause civilian stuff usually makes use of stronger colours ( after all, you hardly ever see a military tank in ferrari red )
here is a more elaborate mesh of a civilian light fighter. ... or a racer... its meant to look harmless
Aw... I want that. <strike>The things/"pods"/circles on the wings actually looks thrust vectoring systems or something like
that for atmospheric flight - nice touch there.</strike> (nvm, looks like I missed the last page) On a related note, this might actually be the first ship I've seen that actually looks like a civilian ship. Again, nice job!
Colorscheme's okay, but the textures themselves are well.. they aren't textures. You just used one bland metal texture and covered the entire ship in it.
I mean the colors are dandy and all for a civilian ship but there's no detail to it.
