why shouldnt he organise an event? if he adheres to the server rules i think it is a great idea. and why hold it in conn? eta is a system designed specifically for this thing - cast sair fights. why stop him? be constructive, people.

ps - coming to gamma and shouting that SAILS think outcasts ships are better will only result in you being dead. people see your event on the forum. no need to recruit people ingame, since it starts in 3 weeks

Alright. I can admin that I was in the wrong. I am not going to bother arguing because it wont do us any good.

The reason I said those things in system chat was because in private chat, Vasquez was saying that he believes Outcasts ships are stronger and all good pilots left Corsairs to go to the Outcasts. I only used the name Sails because I did not know they were a clan. Error on my part there.

Yes, I may be new to Discovery, just a month old you could say, but my RP experience isn't restricted to Discovery. I have done RP for well over 6 years now. Sure, I need to know more about the community, but this fight specifically targets Corsairs and Outcasts.. Liberty isn't involved, neither is Bretonia, nor Kusari or even Rheinland. Only 2 factions. Most of my time I have spent around the Outcasts. I myself have witnessed 2 Corsairs battleships entering Omicron Alpha without a single escort. Many Outcasts have a low opinion of Corsairs because most of them are Cap ships. I am trying to help both sides here. Help the Corsairs build a better reputation of actually being able to play fair and the Outcasts to realise that Corsairs are also human and know how to have fun.

I witnessed 12 MNS capital ships with 3 fighters and few tridentes in Omicron Gamma, I could probably pull out some screenshots too. So what?
I can tell you right now, Outcasts aren't any better then Corsairs when capital ship usage comes to mind.
And actually, both sides have lots of fun when they fight 10vs10 in capital ships.

As for your RP experience, well, you should know that // blahblahing isn't really the best way to go. Avoid it at all costs, even if the opposition is trying to argue with you.

You are welcome to organize an event, god knows we had loads of fun in the old Eta events, just try to do it calmly and without bias. Provoking one side isn't the best way to go either.

Don't organise the event on the server using OOC chat in the system chat.

If you want to talk about the event on the server, do so inRP (And expect an inRP response) or do so privately OOC.

Do it in Eta.
There's no need to travel across Sirius to have a fight that Eta was literally made for.

Talk to the Corsair and Outcast factions and whatever independents.
Organise it through Skype or PMs.
