I'm requesting a bit of Admin clarification, or anyone who definitely knows regarding this.
I had a situation today where I was pirated by two cargo transports. Had to fork out 23m to save myself (huge shipment of Gold ore a mere couple of systems from the sell point and a full hours work). Yeah I know... excessive but that's another story. I don't mind being pirated if the interaction is good.
Now - If I have paid my moneys, tax, donation to said taxer, pirater etc... Do I have to abide by anything else they demand or want?
For example -
-I paid my money, however the pirates then demanded I make certain statements over the System comms effectively denouncing my own corporation. (Which is daft IMO)
-I paid my money, however the pirates are demanding that I state publicly I have not been or that it is merely a donation.
-I paid my money, however the pirates are demanding more or more cargo.
-I paid my money, but the pirates still want to kill me and take the cargo.
Personally, I think this is low and probably against the rules - this is what I am seeking clarification regarding.

The announcement over system comms is fine. If my Bowex convoys ever caught Kusari shipping when no-one else was around, we'd take it's turrets off and force it to sing the Bretonian national anthem or insult the Emperor. Was good fun.
As for the other aspect of it - if you've paid a demand, they can't then change that demand or demand something else. For example, if their initial demand was a large sum of credits, they can't then change their mind and demand your cargo too, so far as I know. If the two demands were initially packaged together as one piracy attempt, fair enough, but they can't change their mind and alter the terms after you've paid.
That's PvP abuse, and people have been sanctioned for it in the past. Changing your demand -before- your victim has paid is fine though. People do it all the time to punish irritating behaviour.
My guess: Your pirates thought that you'd never pay the huge sum of 23 millions (a claim that could be interpreted as pvp abuse itself?). You paid and they couldn't go for the blue message and your cargo. So they just went on... until they could get the blue messi AND your cargo AND your money.
I bet it is against the rules. I hope you have screened it properly.
jammi is completely correct.
You get one demand which can be anything within reason, and you can twiddle and fiddle with it to your heart's content until it is met. After the trader has fulfilled what you asked of him, he gets to continue on his merry way unhindered.
At least, that's how I have always understood it and I've never had any problems with the above.
I'd say this is forbidden (and very low) in most situations, when the goal of the pirates is only to make higher and higher demands in order to destroy the trader in the end (making high demands for the sole purpose of making the trader not pay and then kill him is PvP abuse, as far as I know).
But sometimes, it makes sense. Several times I have pirated someone, all fine and dandy, and when the trader cruises away after paying, he says something like "Pirate scum, burn in hell". Naturally, that's asking for being stopped again, and if he refuses to apologize, I'll make another demand.

It is normal demand if he hauled 5k gold ore. 100 mill will be pvp abuse.
Here the trick is in wording. If the pirates showed that they both worked together( one faction, one group, "we demand" etc.)
then after paying them they have no right to make second demand- you can report them.
If the situation where they work alone is different.
If the pirates however tax you twice- Pirate A taxes you- you pay him, then B taxes you, you don't pay and B only shoots you( A cannot since you paid him) then they are all right according to the rules.
If you made bad joke about them after paying like Enoch said then they can make other demand or shoot you.
Also the demand may include more then money, it could include money and bots for example or money and cargo, if you give money only in this case and dont fulfil the second part they still can shoot you. If they issue second different demand after fulfilling the first one they cannot shoot you.

I can see that those who have posted here think the same as I, so I'm just looking for that final Admin "yes this is all true" so I can go on my happy merry way.
BTW- I was going to get 51m from that run so forking out 23m hurt but still.. better than dying and losing it all.
What bothers me is that I pay and then I get "Oi! I'm not finished with you yet!"
In my mind - Yes you have, you have your money. Goodbye.

Thanks in advance!
After you have paid the pirates, they *should* technically let you go.
Making you hang around and do other things seems very unfair.
Yes, it is LOW, no pirate I have ever come against has done that to my Trader in all the time I have been on Disco.
If all of the above things happened, particularly the last two, I would say you definitely have a case that you can take to the Admins.

Hmmmmm.....a train that has bought a full cargo of ore at 3600 creds a unit = 18 mill or so, sells in NY for 7500 creds a unit or thereabouts, forgive me im at work and havn't got the correct sell price, around 37.5 mill makes a profit of around 19.5 mill. Jack makes a point right there.
