Our company wants to apply for some corrections in registration and enter permission of our Barge. In usage part as Ore Storage there is mentioned only Koeln system, but in our application was mentioned Munich system too, so we want to ask you for addition of Munich system to Barge registration.
The second issue why I´m contacting you is that our Barge will be possibly relocated from Bretonia to Kusari. Because we want to avoid fly through Liberty space, which is as you maybe know differenced from Rheinland space in fact that is full of unlawfuls, pirates and corrupted police officers, we want to move through Rheinland. If we understand it good, our permission and registration is only on specific commodities moved to Rheinland and if we want to only move through, there is higher fee of 500 000 credits, so we sent difference of 250 000 credits to RFP account. Confirmation is in the data attachment of this message. There will be no cargo during this redisposition.
Last thing is a question about cargo permitted by our registration. We understood that now we can haul only four commodities on routes mentioned in our registration. Is it right? And question is - if we want to change or add another commodities or routes, even when they will be hauled only through Rheinland, have we to apply for every of them separately?

the not-mentioned munich-system seems to be an oversight of respective officer. I'll correct this personally.
I have a question about your second issue:
Is this an one-time-relocation? Because you send a "difference" to the Polizei bank account, it seems it would affect the current registration. This would mean the permission as ore storage depot and the current trade routes are to be turned obsolete.
If this isn't the case, this would be considered as new registration and the full fee of 500.000 sc has to be paid. (-> 250.000 sc difference)
In both cases we need your exact route from the Rheinland-Bretonia borders to the Rheinland-Kusari borders.
About your questions:
Ja, this is correct. The Barge Stone.Bros.Ltd/GmbH-BRG is currently only allowed to transport basic alloy, diamonds, H-fuel and high-temperature alloy on the mentioned trade routes.
You can alter an existing route about his cargo and/or checkpoints, if you'll alter the trade checkpoint this would require the an additional fee according to §3.2..

Guten Tag, Kishiro Technologies wishes to acquire a license for our Barge-class vessel. We are in a position to deliver very large quantities of Helium-3 gas directly to Manneheim Station, straight from our mining operation in Sigma-19.

the Rheinland Bundespolizei has noted the request of the honourable corporation Kishiro.
Before I can approve your request, I have to ask, why Kishiro Technologies want to use such a big ship, which is not directly made for trade purpose, for the delivery.
Economy of scale. Helium-3, like other gases, is a bulk product. The trade run into Frankfurt is also deemed by our logistics department as being most viable as a one-way trade run. It is simply less efficient for our transports to be making continuous runs to Manneheim.
A single, large movement of gas is more efficient for our organisation, and can be managed with a skeleton crew, plus escorts as required. This is particularly true given the shorter distance we have to cover between our operation, and Manneheim Station.

your clarification seems reasonable to me.
And as long as Mannheim supports the handling of a barge, I don't see a reason to decline your request.
However, it is important to ensure the safety of such a transport within rheinland. The Rheinland Bundespolizei cannot always spend officers for your protection.
Therefore you're compelled to have at least 2 escorts while you are in Rheinland.
I think this is doable and if you comply, your request gets [color=#33CC00]APPROVED.
