*a man enters the conference room*

Guten tag, Im David Aunshweig and this conference is held for journalists that have questions about the new Rheinland concern "Rheinland Waste and Minerals." But before that I have prepared a short speech.

When the first trash companys united they couldn't possibly of imagined that their companys would become the might that it has. They didnt beleive that we would make Sirius a better place for all of us, they just did their average everyday job for a living. We were one of the biggest MOX exporters. We sold the cheapest terraforming gasses and of course we were the biggest toxic waste refinery. Now that we, the ALG, and Kruger have merged we are all this and more. We are now one of the most powerful companys in Rheinland's history.

Now I would like to present Director of Transport Karlmann Benedikt and Director of Mining Neil Klaine, feel free to ask each of us any questions you may have.

Man raised up his hand: "How will this merger influence inner organisation of both corporations? Is this unification going to reform those corporations radically?"

The organisation inside of both companys will mainly be maintained. ALG employees will handle the waste section and ore transporting of the new company and the Kruger employees will handle ore mining. However the ALG employees and the Kruger employees will be assigned tasks together if the need occurs. As you can see the unification will not change the corporations majorly, we will just be partners in business who fly under one name.

"Then what's purpose of incorporating those formations under one name? Isn't unified security service and ore refinement, like, the main goal of this unification, alongside with large loans from ALG shareholders?"
Journalist coughs.

A young man looks up from his note pad and raises his hand, trying to make himself herd over the other journalists, but to no avail.

We will not just be business partners, we will be one large company. Yes we will be a unified force but currently ALG and Kruger members wont see much of a difference because of their input into this merging. The merge is not to benefit us, it is to benefit the customer.

"What's reasoning behind this name? Is this formation state-owned then? Or it's going to persuade nationalistic policy in picking employees?"

One of the senior reporters, occupying one of the prestigious first row seats, looked down at his notepad. He crossed out several questions he had written down that had either been answered or were no longer worth answering. Finally, he settled on a question to ask, and stood up to catch the attention of the speakers. The crowd became much quieter as one of the press conference officials nodded to the man, indicating that the reporter now had the attention of the Directors.

'Guten tag, herr directors,' he said, nodding towards the men sitting on the stage. 'How shall the merger of Kruger and ALG into a singular entity affect the business agreements previously held be each corporation? Will such agreements remain the same, or will contracts now be renegotiated?"

Let it burn.

Hallo, ich heisse Karlmann Benedikt. Form Chief Science Officer of ALG, Transport Director of RWM. Your question depends largely on the contract itself. I know nothing about Kruger's contracts as of yet, but I'm sure they will agree with me when I say that most contracts will be minorly adjusted at the least. This is neccesary for several reasons. Some of our contracts may not agree with our merging with a strictly Rheinlandic company. And others may simply need our new company name to replace with the old one. However if the contract does not need renewing, then it will stay completely the same. Why fix what works, after all.
