And I think that's reasonable. However, bragging about those killed in the crossfire is not.
But then again, that's just how I see the Maquis, you don't have to roleplay it like that. Anyway, good luck.

Furthermore, we don't know much about the Furby day massacre. We don't even know exactly when and where it happened. Only Jakob probably knows that at this point. We can -presume- it happened in a predominantly Royalist part of some planet. Were there also non-Royalists cought in the crossfire? Probably. Now read again the part you quoted in there.

I'm going on a first-contact basis. Nothing is set in stone until we meet and witness the group for ourselves. The Maquis are going to be mistrusting and hesitant about Sirians. So expect passive aggressive approaches.

Thing is, that IMG will help Maquis in .86 to establish their new home in Roussillon. Therefore, you should keep at least a neutral stance with IMG in order to be logical our assistance when the new mod arrives.

Just to note, the LE leader is also contacting Igiss to find out more since Brigands will also be there and they are currently full red with IMG.

The Furby Day Massacre is an idea I developed to put into perspective just how evil the Maquis are. I brought the Maquis into being because I felt that the other unlwafuls of Gallia were not as intimidating or effective as they should be. So I decided to make something everyone could fear and hate from an IRP perspective. If your character knew that the Maquis implanted explosives into toys and used them to assassinate military members, would you be angry or horrified? The entire shock and awe of the ordeal has aroused the response that I wanted in the first place.

As for times? I don't know. I drew it up as part of the history. Early on? Current? Proto? Doesn't matter. Normally the Maquis don't target civilians, but no one flinches when they do. Something to expect, right?

As for the IMG...It's a bit difficult when you guys work with the GMS and the IDF. The Maquis are suspicious of the Taus and are in need of a source of income outside of Gallia. It's much too cramped for their comfort and it's part of Maquis doctrine to keep their wealth rather high. So anything can happen. I'd imagine it would be one of those dramatic changes. Just let the mod explain it.

Just a little bump. This faction is still going, even if you don't see us around much. That's mainly due to the general state of Gallic (in)activity, but we are also looking for any new members who are interested in participating.

With Shagohad absent from the server for however long, and Ryummel busy due to RL, leadership falls to me and Tycho. However, Tycho has other priorities at the moment, so I guess that leaves me in charge.
