This shows the initial request, agreement of the Corsair Empire pending completion of some tasks, and then clarification as to the actual nature of the request. Note that while the agreement now states that new tech deals were granted on the condition that the tech would not be used against the Corsair Empire, this was not present when the original Reaver deal was made.

I would like it if you didn't take Dusty Lens' word on that (which you seem to have done), since the condition that the tech would not be used against the Corsair Empire has always been present. I should know, I wrote the blasted thing.

That question was addressed, though at that time this didn't exist:

* Once equipment is approved, then it stays approved, no matter what happens in roleplay or in the personal situation between the involved parties, unless terms and conditions on it are explicitly stated BEFOREHAND and agreed by both parties.

Though it's been shown a couple of times that rules are selective around here. So I guess nothing can be done on this matter.

Due to all that happened in this thread in the last couple of days,
i came to realize i was in many ways wrong the way i dealt with Chris (Teschy).

For all the misunderstandings and the talk we had afterwards, he just a someone that wants to enjoy this game,
and i have ruined it in these last interactions we had ingame.

For that and much more, i apologize for everything that happened.
I wasn't fair to you and it wasn't fair what transpired here with you.
