Good Day Bretonia Police Authority, my name is David Rhodes, Executive Vice President of Sea Spirit Trading & Leasing

As per your request, here follows a brief history and purpose of our company

Sea Spirit Trading & Leasing is a corporation that primarily runs trade vessels into and out of the Sovereign Bretonia - Our land based Offices are located in the city of New Gloucestershire, on the Planet Leeds. Our main business is hauling ore for our registered and leased mining vessels, and is now branching out to include trade goods into and out of Rheinland and Liberty. At this current time, our profits are sustained by transporting Niobium Ore from Leeds to new Berlin, Engine Components from Oder Shipyard to Leeds, and Optical Chips from California to Newcastle.

All our Registered & Leased vessels are tagged with the prefix "Sea}{" -We have procured the purchase and building of several hegemon, mafic and dacite mining ships which we have then leased out to pilots wishing to mine ore. the pilots are then responsible for their own procurement of their individual BMM or IMG mining licenses.

Sea Spirit also maintains a security force to protect our investments against pirates and other unlawfuls that have disrupted our business. At present we operate several Eagle class fighters, and at least two Civilian Gunboat Ahoudouri class. These vessels have, at times, poached kusari targets of opportunity, and one of our gunboats was seen attacking a kusari battleship over the Stokes Smelter.

At present, we operate Border World Transports. Our security force consists of Eagle fighters, Roc bombers, and Abdouri civilian gunboats procured via a third party from Liberty.

We would like to apply for a Military Material License, so that we may ship military goods out of Rheinland\Liberty and into Sovereign Bretonia, so as to fund the war effort. Should we be approved on this end, we will of course apply to Rheinland in the case of Military Vehicle, so as to conform to their laws while in their space. Should we be approved, we will be shipping Niobium Ore to New Berlin, and then acquiring Military Vehicles from Munich, for transport to Tau 31.

We would like to apply for a Humanitarian Aid License, so as to be able to transport Water, Food Rations, & Pharmaceuticals, so as to better promote the prosperity of the Sovereign Bretonia.

In answer to your request.

Sea Spirit Vessels primarily utilise Freelancer ID's and IFF's - the reason for this is, as we are a leasing company, as well as trading interest, our vessels are leased to independent Captains, who give us a percentage of their trade runs, as well as have their ships identified with our company, as part of their Lease Agreement. Any vessel tagged as a part of our company, while being maintained by independend crews, is also subject to our operating standards, and as such, is bound by said lease agreement to trade only certain materials, to certain places, and conduct their business in a way that befits professionalism.

The exception to these ID's are our leased mining vessels, whose crews have obtained ID's and IFF's from mining firms - in this case, IMG & BMM.

Our Security Fleet operates with Freelancer ID's and IFF's, for the same reason above.

Our Humanitarian trading would include several bases in the Taus - full list is as follows...

As for the passangers license - Bretonia Police Authority is working on proper law regulations in order to keep the passangers traffic safe and human-friendly but as for now there is no license required to transport passangers , tourists , VIPs and any other possible passangers within Bretonia.
We would like to remind You that due to the conflict between the Bretonia Kingdom and Kusari Empire we suggest You do not take passangers across Taus into Kusari. We have reports of people transports being stoped or even destroyed by the Kusari Naval Forces and the Kusari State Police. We strongly suggest that You avoid Kusari at all costs.
If there will be a license concerning the passangers traffic we will make a proper announcement.

Licenses are given for the ships that the pilot is currently using not to the pilot himself. So we need to know where are you employed - ID scans, what ship are you using and on which list would you like to remain under new ship's name, which license did you aquire.

I am going to contact the Bretonia Police Authority HQ about this and when you present said data we will decide if any additional license fee is required. As for now the new name will not be listed and your license is only valid for the "Burekcina".
