Scimitar, Ki or Griffin are very good scout vessels and are available for Freelancer and Mercenary ID

Because the Arrow is awesome, agile, and can get away without being scratched. And because I want to see at least some unity in our little faction.

Ki is ossim but it needs better textures. Crappy powerplant. Why not just use the Scimitar? Because it might make you appear more "unlawful" because of potential Outcast associations? Or just because you want to be unique by using the Arrow, whereas it appears more and more people are using LFs like the Scimitar and Griffin recently?

Either way, this certainly looks very nice. Once I get back home I'll look for you guys ingame and try to RP with you, I always liked the idea of small escort wings. Plus it's more competition for EDGE if we ever decide to start operating in Liberty again;)
