Greetings admiral,

Today I headed out on a patrol from Omicron Mu and headed for the sigmas. Events took an interesting turn as i was contacted about a large presence of Wilde Vessels in New Berlin. As i thought was right, i went to investigate the matter. After i cleaned the area of Das Wilde i was bound to go to Omicron Delta, where i met one member of the primary Fleet called Order|Cynthia.Valence. She was engaged in combat with a Core member. As she refused my help, she dealt with him with ease. After that i informed her of my finding in New Berlin, and gave her a quick but detailed descryption of the Wilde i found there. ( Description coming later)

After that, my long range scanner picked up a lot of activity inside Omicron 99. After that i teamed up with Cynthia, and headed for 99. What i didnt know, was that i accidently stumbled into Iota, after being chased by Nomad gunboat. Fortunately we found our way out after stumbling on a minefield. Said minefield is easely passed through by ships smaller than a Gunboat. ( Also may be some interesting information. ) When we found our way to 99, we stumbled onto a small fleet of Outcast Dreadnaughts who were clearly on their way to the Nomads with supplies. As they spotted us from afar, they shot down my gun camera, so i couldnt make a good shot of the Supplies they carried. For the visuals of the Dreadnaughts, Cynthia should be able to provide you with some Cameras. Then we moved to the Taus after bein shot at by those Dreadnaughts. as the safest way back to Mu was passing through Liberty, we tried to do that, but we made an unfortunate discovery in Coronado. We stumbled on a Nomad Gate! This gate was jammed by some unknown source so we couldnt get exact shots of the gate. Then we moved to Liberty, to be safed by a rogue called Exspes. He took the navy of us so we could safely proceed to Alaska and dock at the Atum. Good day, whoever may read this message.
I was asked by Agent Constantine to add my own protocol to Agent Austerlitz' report.
I'm Sotha Sil, a former commander of the Outcast fleet and ex-member of the Council of Dons. I was looking forward to get in touch with the order because I have proposal to make. I have a fully operational nomad power cell. Safely stored and hidden, of course. I thought the Order might be interested in acquiring this piece of technology, since it's rather not the common nomad stuff that is all around.
However, I expect something in return. I learned quite a lot about nomads and their relations to humans, and one of the reasons why I left the 'casts was... let's say I do not really agree with the point of view of several people concerning alien relations.
I want to work for the right cause, and the Order seems to have some... honorable goals.
I'm offering the power cell, the ship that is currently connected to it and my knowledge about the Outcasts and their relation to the nomads.
In return I expect a chance to join your ranks.
I already had a long talk with the agents Constantine and Austerlitz about this topic, and I think a log of the conversation was already added, that's why I try to keep this short.
As I was told, I'm currently on Freeport 11 and stand by for your answer and a possible interrogation.

From your description you have met Das Wilde flying heavily modified but still outdated relict of the Nomad war - however even with alien upgrades ship stands no chances against modern fully equipped heavy fighter. I assume you have removed this threat from existance.

By the way, absolute zero is zero kelvins or simply −273 Celsius.

Now to attention of former Don, Sotha Sil.

Outcasts are rare in Order ranks however not an impossibility. Considering hardware and information you are bringing along, this makes your request of asylum and new work well sounded and reasonable. You will be joining ranks of group that primary purpose is to defend humanity and through extension of that: removal of threat that Nomads pose to us all.

The fact that you offer us a piece of nomad technology and a vessel of tha Maltese Nations,
besides claiming to be ein former member of the Council of Dons...

Say, what proof do you have for your claim? And why should we not think that this is

Constantine of the Overwatch here.

I've a little bit of a knowledge about Mr. Sotha Sil's background, due to my earlier work as the Director of the Tau Cell. He's indeed an old member of the Council of Dons, have no doubts about that.

You'd be right to have doubts about his other claims, however. Let me tell you about what more I've learned of him, and then what I think about this all.

Sotha Sil says that he was responsible for bringing the infectee Kate Miller to a meeting in Planet Toledo with Michal Golanski, just before the fall of the Planet. I want to know what that's about.

He says that the Nomad Power Cell is in the Outcasts' control right now, installed in a ship in an Outcast Shipyard. We'll have to retrieve it from the Outcasts first to be able to gain anything from it. I will not risk my agents for an adventure like this until we can trust him fully. We have to make sure there's a Nomad Power Cell and a proper gain to be had from it. Enough gains that'd convince me to risk my agents' lives for its retrieval.

For the subject, the Outcasts, he surely was in the position to know anything and everything about them, as he was a member of the Council of Dons. So as long as he tells us the truths about the Outcasts, and won't hide some critical points from us, it'll be worth listening to him.

Personally speaking as a kind-of former Maltese myself... if he's being honest here, I am ready to call him one of us. We are gonna be careful here, however.

Sotha Sil, you can tell us about them Outcasts now... Start with this obvious relationship between the Outcasts and the Nomads. Either all of the Outcasts, or a part of them are in league with the Nomads. No matter which fractions of the Outcasts these are, it's a certainty that a considerable lot is following after these squids rather merrily. We already have a bit of a knowledge about this, enough to produce some theories... Give us some more insight in this, as no info will interest us more when it comes to the Outcasts.

Besides that, I am sure our people here might have some more questions for you as well.
