Is Pennsylvania part of Liberty house space?

My question being asked in the title. I have heard a lot of people say that penny is house space, and others saying it isn't. So which of both is it?

Rule Wise, NO. RolePlay wise, Yes.

According to the Server rules post, Pennsylvania is not considered within House Space.

However, The RolePlay Liberty Government does lay claim to the System, and thier Rp laws apply within.

BY my understanding, you would not be in Violation of the Zoner ID by docking in Penn. However, you will be in violation of Standing Liberty Law, namely the section outlawing foreign capital ships, and subject to inrp consequences.

Also, Good luck in getting to penn with that Aquilon.

*Edit* However, I could be wrong in my understanding, So do your homework!

The rule about House space is irrelevant if you dock on a Zoner Base.

Quebec and Penn are both Liberty systems that hold Zoner bases, you can dock there rules-wise.

However doing so is in violation with roleplay laws, Liberty government do not want Zoner caps in Liberty space. They WILL shoot you unless you get granted permission via forum.

So it is. And I am aware, But that remains the Foremost source of Discovery Server and Forum Rules. If you know of a more recent collection of the Rules, do share, as I would like to make sure I'm up to date.


I interperet the available information as such:

It is not a sanctionable offense to dock an Aquilon in Penn. However, it is against standing role play conventions to do so. The liberty navy will likely hunt you down and destroy you at every oppurtunity.

To the OP: ASk an admin for the best results, cause as you can see, Interpretations can vary from player to player.
