I believe it is important that I see all of Sirius for myself, rather than allow the judgements of others to guide my opinions, and with that in mind I would like to travel to Gallia.
However, to ensure there are no misunderstandings, I would like to inquire about the proper procedures for a foreign visitor - any necessary applications to fill out, required permits, that sort of thing. I have read up on your laws, but I felt it wise to ask anyway; better to ask and not need it than not ask and be shot.
