I think we have never met before, so I want to introduce myself. I am Richard Cole an Elder Pope of the Temporary Autonomous Zoners. We did receive some messages about the Hellfire Legion disbanding. I am not sure what is true about this matter, but If it is needed we could give shelter to the ones who are in need.
Sadly I hoped for another thing which you might be able to assist me with. During the last few months my ship the [TAZ]Barrel.Roll is unable to fly due to the huge amount of repairs. If this will ever be change that I do not know. Its dependable on the mood of Eris herself I guess.
You might wonder why am I telling you all this and what does it has to do with the Legion? Well I was hoping that you where able to provide us an Arbiter class vessel. The reason I am requesting It is that I need a suitable ship for my endeavors and the vessel would be more then suitable.
I can imagine you have more to do if these rumors are true. Producing a ship of that class might be too much to ask during this time.

Another request from the TAZ for an arbiter? We denied the last one some time ago due to us being unable to spare or build an arbiter for the TAZ at the time being. This has not changed but you'll be notified when it will be possible for you to obtain one.
As for the rumours of us disbanding, you're mistaken.
It is mostly unfortunate that your shipyard has no spare time to create the vessel. I am hoping we could sort out some arrangement for any future possibilities. Maybe even try to solve the current situation by using another shipyard to produce the mentioned vessel. At least if the Legion would agree with that one off course.
If we would consider constructing the vessel on another shipyard we could with that both benefit with the positive relations it might generate. This is a possibility and not a guarantee, but I believe this is something which might have an positive outcome.
My apologies for being persistent, but I do everything to keep my family safe. And I am convinced you would do the same.
