I doubt you can use other people's characters for that purpose without asking them. But I can imagine that you can create one by your own instead. People would still call it "powergaming", but it'd be less than taking a player's character for it (without an agreement).
In the end, everyone could roleplay his character being infected I suppose.
But to your original question - if the party you are doing that roleplay with agrees, then sure - but keep in mind that that doesn't entitle you to a Wilde ID. If the party you're doing that with does not agree to it, then no, you can't force that kind of infection on another party. That would be, as Narcotic said, powergaming.
