Considering img, republican shipping, dse, zoners etc all export silver to planet harris which is a planetform inc planet base which last i checked wasnt an illegal place not to mention silver is not contraband nor is it illegal to ship it.Also i have NEVER been stopped by BAF or BPA for shipping silver ever. And also the likes of many lawful traders who trade silver to planet harris and ive NEVER heard of these actions before

2.1 - Prohibition of Cargo Transported to the Tau Systems
Due to the occupation of the Taus by Gallic forces, the Tau Blockade will remain in full effect. Travel West of Planet Leeds, North of Stokes Station in Leeds, and West of Hood in Dublin is restricted. Any transports hauling cargo past those areas or into Gallia via other means will be considered to have entered the blockade and pay an export tax (see: 2.2 - Tau Tax) or risk having their cargo confiscated. Vessels with a Tau Trading License will be exempted. Importing cargo is not considered to be acting in contravention of the Tau Blockade.

2.2 - Tau Tax
Cargo being moved into the Taus through the boundaries described in 2.1 will be charged with the Tau Tax. The tax for passing through the Tau Blockade is 500,000 credits for standard cargo of any amount, and 1,500,000 credits for ores of any amount. Freighters will be charged half the above fee.
