Alec McIntyre is still live and kicking, although not as much as he used to.

GMT, play time depends, 8pm-10pm, 2am-4am usually.
Cutting back on play time, evenings will be taken up most likely by me being out, and mornings with sleeping. Depends on if I'm headed out that day or not.
