Nicolai: Today, a BAP officer pulled me over when i was already in Tau-31 heading for Planet Harris carrying Silver, he pulled me over and asked me if i had the License, i said Yes, i do, he said "No you don't", i explained has 2 weeks ago a BAF Officer pulled me over and i paid him for 1 month of license, unfortunetly i didn't remember the name of the Officer of 2 weeks ago, because i saw no reason to, the BAP Officer, Mr.Bowstreet, said he might have been corrupt, He had the BAF ID, so i begined to understand, i paid once more a Tax, 1.5 million credits due to the ore, now i come to the Bretonian Government and Others, to ask for my 25 million credits who were wasted onto a Corrupt Officer, i paid the 25 million credits for a License of 1 month to my Corporation, Republican Shipping, still we get harrased by the Police to still pay it. I wish the Bretonian Government to send 25 million credits to my acount (NicolaiTesla) and try to catch this Corrupt BAF Officer, who issued me a License without it take any affect.
