But we were helping civilians in Omega-49. We helped rebuild factories there and our humanitarian supplies like Pharmaceuticals, Doctors, Water, Luxury Consumer goods and I can continue long time ... were for all civilians.

We aren't helping soldiers, we are helping civilians. And please, don't tell me you aren't eating food there. And if I heard, Conflicts were finished few days ago.
