Yeah.
You know how people would usually tell you that you ''should have gotten escorts'' when you get pirated by someone? But at the same time only ore haulers would ever have the type of income to make sure two people are covered, otherwise the escort themselves might find the trip not to be worth the investment.

Okay, how about we pretty much turn a larger chunk of the nomad worlds into a very hard to survive spot, for example, if we take Omicron Iota as an example for difficulty and ramped it up a notch.

NPCs with CDs and class 9 guns, lots of chokepoints for player pirates and in the end...how about a sellpoint for regular goods, which would offer up to 10 000 per unit. And maybe 20 000 for ore or some of the more bizzare cargo.

This section would be impossible to jump to via jumpdrives and physically the only way you can get a transport there safely could be done with lots and lots of protection. A group expedition, where the group would get the sort of income they could split among themselves and still come out as a viable source of income.

Random 9am idea.

I logged on just to say this is an awesome idea. Make a super dangerous area (dense, meaning several systems of evil NPC nomnom swarming choke points) with like a colony on the other side needing supplies desperately (hence the super high sell prices).

I said something like that in another thread. I wanted to make Cambridge that chokepoint, where sairs could have easy acces to it.

But sure, this would have my vote, any day, any night. It's what Govedo said a bunch of times too IIRC.

Yes I posted the same thing but with more detail into the 4.87 map topic.Would link it later I hate the search stuff on phone. This would fix the half of disco problems since now disco is not team oriented at all. Single player can do a way too much and win a way too easy a lot of credits.

We basically need another 4.83-4.84 Sigma 13.

Pretty much this.
However, all trader activity might just get sucked there if it's 20,000 per piece of whatever, so 10,000 is a much better value.

no we need 3-4 of those. My concept is two gear economy low risk small profit and high risk high profit

If you want noms, they should bump the iridium ore price and there will be activity in Delta, sairs, order, core and zoners. Iridium is very rare in lore anyway and the Freeport and Dabadoru desperately need supplies too.
