*He begins with a serious tone.* First of all, allow me to present myself. My name is Astrid de Vue, currently an associate within the organisation known as the Commonwealth. It is a pleasure and an honour to be the one that contacts your corporation on behalf of the Commonwealth.

Then again - skipping any more unnecessary gallantry, I would like to explain my reasons for contacting you. *He allows a slight smile to appear, then reverts to his emotionless look.* Our society is, if we are to be fully honest, composed of what most people call Zoners, although our origins are variate, and many of us do come from the house of Gallia. For this reason, we wish to open diplomatic discussions between us, in hopes of reaching better relations with you, and even Gallia as a whole - and all this for the sake of, as you may have guessed, fortune to us all. Becoming business partners is something that i'm certain it will benefit us both on the long run.

Of course, further details may be discussed if you accept, perhaps trough a face-to-face meeting, at a time and place suitable for both.

This communiqué was forwarded to me by our CEO, Pascal Valentin. He personally does not frequent the rather unsafe Tau region, unlike myself. Although I've met a number of Commonwealth pilots out in the field before, I do not believe you and I have met. I'm Maurice Cornett, Chief Security Officer of EFL Oil & Machinery. I'm pleased to meet you, monsieur de Vue.

Now for the matter at hand. Let me make this clear: I cannot speak for the Crown. If you wish to better your relations with the house of Gallia as a whole, I suggest you contact the King's representatives. Still, all great things have small beginnings, and bettering your ties with us could go a long way.

I do believe meeting in person would be wisest, if only because I'm no business expert. That way, a colleague who is such an expert can accompany me. Ideally, we would meet safely within the borders of Gallia, but this may prove difficult given your current diplomatic status.

As you are likely more at home within the Tau region than I am, any suggestions for a meeting location would be welcome. Keep in mind, however, that it needs to be secure. While I am capable of defending myself, I don't want to endanger the lives of my associates.

Greetings, monsieur Cornett.

It is an exquisite pleasure to meet you, both as a fellow gentleman and as a representative of EFL.

I will admit, i do understand your standing within the Kingdom's "structure". I myself have lived there for a long time; and maybe even helped some of your lower centers with law-related issues, but of course that's of no importance now.

Meeting you and any other associates of yours face-to-face would be an honour, and I would like to make this happen as soon as possible. As to the location of such a meeting... I believe i could be able to reach the system of Orkney, at Gallia's borders, without being bothered or endangered, even in consideration of my current diplomatic status.
Perhaps the details of an exact location and time should be left for channels that are more secure, though, so I'll expect to hear from you soon.
