I believe all guard IDs have been removed, so none. IFF is your highes rep. The one that flashes in your rep screen. It shows up in front of your name when players select you the same way it does for NPCs.

Yeah, as Hone pointed, no more Guard ID left. The only such specific ID, is Core ID, which was like BHG Guard.
Rest, incuding Outcast Guard ID removed.
However, in 85 version, if you decided to have a cruiser or battleship of your faction, you had to purchase Guard ID, which only alowed to have cruisers and battleships. So there was the difference.
