It's been a time since the Ghosts of Razgriz had addressed you directly, but rise of a specific famiglia, referring to itself as the Contari Lance, compels a message to be brought through all maltese territory.
This revolting group gathered the means to coup the previous Administration on Ishmael, putting confidants out their own ranks into positions of legislative and juridical power, allowing them to consider their clique as the supreme ruling body over all maltese affairs.
This is not the case.
The Ghosts of Razgriz, given the surprising conversion of the traditional set of Maltese Laws to a new set suiting this arrangements likings, are by the moment of this communication lining out their contrary position towards this latest occurrences.
Ghosts of Razgriz officially reject the Nacions transition into a by the Contari Lance pushed through decision for a Commonwealth.
Ghosts of Razgriz are not validating the new set of laws outlined by the Contari Lance through their henchmen forming the re-established Council of Dons.
Ghosts of Razgriz deny the Contari Lance being the only responsible element for all administrative maltese affairs.
Contari Lance moves are their own, as they've bypassed Ghosts consent on any of their matters.

Is this what happens when I retire? The minute I step down, for my own health, things start disintegrating and all of the hard work done by myself and your forefathers is thrown out the window so that the contents of our leadership can squabble over who gets to call themselves king of the sandbox.
