The same cannot, however, be said for those of us that aren't members of those groups. Therefore, I'd like for those of you who consider yourselves seperate from Outcast politics to send me a message over this frequency with your name, ships, and typical activities and location. I'll maintain a list available on this channel through the command /OCList.
This is not required, but remember this: the 101st cannot be everywhere, but our enemies are.

Good day, fellow Maltan.
I do not know whether I have the right to respond to your request, exiled as I am. In view of my uncertainty I shall keep this short. I pilot both a Scimitar and a Falcata each legally (by our code) obtained previous to my exile from Omicron Alpha. Since leaving our home I have kept my activities to the southern reaches of Sirius, stretching from Magellan across to Omicron Theta.
My activities most often involve assaults on military targets and police vessels, corsair ships as well as their allies. I do not commit acts of piracy, as I am come into a wealth that exceeds the benefits I'd attain through that course of action. With this income I have been able to aid an acquaintance of mine, a fellow Outcast far from home, into a Cruiser bought from the Junkers, of the Rheinland Pirate general classification. His name is Sehti Vehk. My own is Ayem, and forgive me but I do not know my birth name, so it is likely that I shall not appear in any enquiries you make to the Maltan databases. Attached is a list that might further clarify my status.
Please note that while I may be independent of Maltan politics, I do not consider myself above it. If orders come from Malta, I shall do my utmost to complete them in my Southern theatre of operations.

Greetings Fellow Outcasts and Maltan citizens, my name is Lucius Angelo, a Outcast pirate wich operate in the outer systems in wich we have a prescence, such as Liberty Space. Ive been assisting our allies the Liberty Rogues during the last few years, helping them with "Navy Issues". For the last two years ive been back on Malta waiting for my confirmation of Operating a Outcast Destroyer class Vessel, named "Serpentis".
Im always willing to help any other of our allies and our own, if you wish to reach me you can find me on Malta, in the space dock's Bar.
This is capitan Ferdinand Marco of the outcast destroyer "Bonegnasher", I am registering on behalf of myself and my crew as independent Outcasts.
My crew and I have been defending the trade routes between Malta and Texas, clearing out Liberty Security Forces, Liberty Navy, and Liberty Police, and Bounty Hunters.
We cannot allow these traitors to interrupt the flow.
All pilots be advised that there are reports of three renegade ships: the Destroyers YAMMI-{SantaEsmeralda} and COMMANDO-{AvatarMech}, and the Battleship ULQUIORRA-{Cero}. These captains claim that they will only attack in self-defense, but something's strange about the transmission. Review it yourself on this channel.
According to the intelligence I have, these vessels were last spotted in New York, but I expect them to be smart enough not to stay still.
