Today brings ill tidings to Rheinland. Upon a trip through Hamburg, an odd comm signal, one not often, if ever, seen in Rheinland was detected. Nothing was present on these frequencies but static. Soon after this transmission, however, the minds of the men passing through the system were assaulted with thoughts that were not their own.
Having had a recent experience with Nomads with one of our own, Wesley Richter, the LWB warns all of those who make their homes in Rheinland to beware any ship that has the comm signal of Renato.Bianchi, who's comm signal was the source of the static.
To whom it may concern, a recording of the static, and a written recording of the thoughts transmitted:
The other comm signal in that recording was a foolish Freelancer hunting Hessians. He should have known that the LWB does not take kindly to people striking against their friends, and he has learned that the hard way, even without my involvement.
This transmission is being presented to the whole of Rheinland as we are not blind to threats that may concern more than ourselves. We are not as blind as the Berliners who have sold us.
