There basicaly a pirate faction and they are only ever found in FL Single in Kusari, so are Hogosha allowed to do trade runs to NY?

Iv seen a Hogosha claiming that he is lawful and "can't be touched" by lawfuls and states that NY is in his factions ZOI because he does Artifact smuggling.

Note: I know smuggling is illegal, but im just wondering if they can come to NY.

They're quasi-legal and to be treated like a corporation in Kusari. They're pretty much Junkers. Semi-lawful.

It's not an OORP action.

It's not a conspiracy, it's localised bias. They're not intelligent enough to form a conspiracy.

Hogosha are legal to kusari goverment. They are like Mafia, they do what they want, and goverment ignores it if it is not too agresive, or not enough subtile.

To others, hogosha are seen as kusari junkers.

Well I fly the estemed Hogosha from NY...

I wen't there for an OORP reason, to get transport shields, but I got a lot of attention anyhow, 3 buggers attacked me. One was Junker so he was well within his rights, but then a freelancer and a LSF in a Pretorian... (I won't even consider discusing this one..)

Hogosha has a few enemies, Junkers, GC BloodDragons... but no lawful faction would touch them unless they did something illegal, at the time my cargo hold was empty, so LN did what was there to do, welcomed me to trade in Liberty space. Being attacked by a Junker is perfectly legitimate but, by a Freelancer? I fail to see a good reason for a freelancer try forcing Hogosha out of liberty space. Read the infocard on Hogosha. My ZOI wasn't quite there, but there's nothing barring a trader from going there either. Bretonia perhaps, but not Liberty.

In the new IDs that are being proposed Junkers are not allowed to land on any Kusari planet or base other than the GC or BD. I was told the Hogosasha would kill my character if I landed there. Seems Hogosha are sitting at every port just waiting for a Junker to land so they can kill them

So can a Hogosha land in liberty? Or anywhere outside of Kusari for that matter?

Except Bretonia. And they're not at all trusted in Rheinland.

So you are saying they can land anywhere except Brettonia.

But with the new IDs if my Junker lands in Kusari I can get sanctioned?

It actually is. In RP Hogosha smuggles Artifacts in Kusari, not in Liberty.
Since prices are not very well balanced, Artifacts are pretty cheap in Kusari.
So if you want to stay in RP you have to accept lousy profit.

I hope 4.85 will bring us some astronomic prices for Artifacts in Kusari.

And Culebra, that is because Junker power is not massed in one place (House), like Hogosha's is.
But I wouldn't consider a Hogosha character landing on Liberty bases in RP. I don't like it at all.
Junkers are very strong in Liberty and Liberty is not a place to be for a Hogosha.

As I said, once the prices for artifacts are upped, there will be no reason whatsoever for Hogosha to visit Liberty. Ever.

he already said he wasnt smuggling to liberty, he was simply going to pittsburgh to get the advanced transport shield.

As long as he didnt do anything illegal and was not carrying contraband, the liberty lawfuls have no reason to attack him. Xenos/rogues/outcasts/hackers/junkers on the other hand can attack him outright.
