Jihad Joe to assume command of the Xeno Alliance

He's actually been running it on a provisional basis since the begining of the month, but as I'm taking a LOA I'm going to do the official turn over a few days ahead of schedule.

I've been running the Xeno Alliance in one form or another for roughly six months now, the projects that I've wanted to see accomplished and the direction in which I've wished things to go have all progressed nicely and, all things considered, it's time to hand the reigns off to someone with new ideas and fresh enthusiasm to keep the faction going strong.

Joe's an epic cat, the XA is dead lucky that he wanted to take the helm. So from now on feel free to direct all inquiries and other pressing issues in his general direction as I am no longer the dude.

Well this is a bit earlier than I thought it would be but yeh, me and Dusty have had this in the pipeline for a while now. I led my first event last night and it was a lot more work than I expected it would be.

This is gunna be a pretty steep learning curve for me, but I'm gunna give it my best. If you lot can put up with a few hiccups along the way that'd be great...
