Nomad Cloaking Device

Nomad cloaks have been introduced into the game. They are bound to Nomad related IDs. They don't run on fuel and them jellies can stay cloak as long as they please.

Question is:
Are they...
1. Allowed to buy on a Nomad/Wild NPC base?
2. Manufactured on a PoB?
3. Admin granted?

I bought mine off Dur-Shurikan.

There are 3. 1 for snubs, 1 for GB/Cruisers, and 1 for the Marduk. Prices are are 25, 100, 220mil respectively.

Thanks for the help. My FLStat does not have a page for countermeasures/cloaks. So I could not find it.

...You're right. My bad. I just looked in FLstat, and couldn't find them. But, I do know for a fact they are sold on Dur-Shurrikun at least! Ha.

The ones for fighters are sold on Dur-Shurrikun and the Shrine in the unknown system, the ones for the gunboat/cruiser are on Dur-Dhurrikun as well.
