Nova's Gone?

Well the topic should clue it in.

I may be wrong but I have heard that Since the leader of the Nova Dragons started playing something else/ somewhere else, the Nova Dragons have pretty much fallen off the face of Siris.

So that leavs the question of whats happened to them and who now controls the territory they held.

Any of the Nova's care to shed some light on this or at least let us know that your not giving up the ghost just yet?

Cinder, I'm the temp leader of the HG (in Exile's vacation) and I can assure you the HG have and are not "falling off the face of Sirius". While I cannot get in game because of circumstances while being stuck in the desert, I can assure you the Blood Dragons, both NovaPG and HG alike, are not going anywhere.

The NovaPG certainly do exist, I am an active member and there are about 10 of us (by counting the number of people in our skype chat. Silent assasin is the leader of the NPG, contact him for more details.

W00t? NovaPG exists and will continue to do so! So is HG... we are currently distracted by some things but we are active on NovaPG on regular basis ... membership of NovaPG is reduced due to splitting into two factions, but we still have solid 10-12 members in NovaPG...

To answer you Radman, I ran into a Indepentdent Blood Dragon pirating the heck out of Sigma 13 and Chugoku. He made the statement not once but several times to me that the Nova Dragons are no longer in control of Chugoku and even named off some other group I have never heard of. I wish now I had the forethought to screen shot the conversation, or at least the reference to whom he claimed controls the area now. Gimiie a day or two and I can dig up the name of that pilot who made such claims so the REAL Dragons of Chugoku can question him personaly. *evil grin*

While the NovaPG are still rooted in the area, jurisdiction of Chugoku and the Blood Dragon guard system belongs to the Hideyoshi's Guard.

<history lesson>

To explain how that works, the leadership of the NovaPG shifted to Exile, who, after awhile, renamed the faction to the Hideyoshi's Guard and started a shift toward more vanilla-style Blood Dragons. Exile paid for the NCCs of any who wanted to stay, and those who didn't want to stay left the faction previously known as the NovaPG. However, they kept their characters and names, reforming the old style of the NovaPG while technically being a funny sort of splinter group. The HG, being the same faction entity endorsed by admins by right of faction leader, retained official control of the Blood Dragon guard system and roleplay control of the Chugoku system.

After a bout of relative NovaPG inactivity, someone mentioned the NovaPG not being official anymore since by rights of faction leader control the entity endorsed by admins had renamed itself. A rather hot bunch of politics ensued, and it ended with SilentAssassin posting a thread in faction creation requests to put themselves back on the official list again.
