In-game server list workaround

Hello all

Since the list keepers won't respond to my requests, I wrote a workaround that will list all servers to distribute to my users. Since I'm not the only one who's being ignored, I am releasing the program to any other admins that would like to distribute it to their users.

If you are going to distribute it to your users, please read the Notice to ADMIN's.txt file as that contains important information for admins.

To use the program, just unzip it and run it. No muss, no fuss, no installation or other nonsense required.

Well, since the keepers of the Discovery in-game list won't respond, I didn't see what else could be done.
