The IG-88 unit is a assassin droid originally designed to be a body guard tp a zoner living on planet Gammu. The unit has high intelligence defense systems and computer and transmission hacking ability's. It was first activated on 450A.S soon after the zoners settled. The unit faithfully preformed its programming for 19 years until it started being exploited at 469A.S. At around this time it became self aware and perceived its master and all humans as a threat to its and all machines existence. During the zoner evacuation of the planet it damaged the ship his master was going to board and effectively trapping many zoners. The unit didn't want to attract to much attention to its self so it wanted until its master was alone. When it master was alone it killed him. The unit then escaped on a zoner fighter and left for the omega systems. When it reached a planet known currently as Gran canaria it was going to dock for repairs but a ion storm hit his ship and caused it to crash land on the planet and was deactivated for many years.

A Trader known as Shinro found a Droid in a junkyard in Gran canaria and decided to use it as a servant for him and his crew. He took it aboard his ship and managed to activate it but didn't like the surprise he got. He was knocked out by the hidden blaster weapon the unit was carrying. After knocking out Shinro IG-88 went over to shinro's transport ships computer terminal and transfered his programing into a deactivated guard droid. After this he left in his new body hacked his way into a Raven talons security system entered the ship and left the planet. Currently unaware of what Sirius was currently like he proceeded to collect information and if possible get enough info to help robots form alliances to put them at equal or higher standing to humans


Current goals involve: helping the harvesters in anyway possible improving the units ship gaining knowledge and getting more power for robotic/AI entities

A Second IG-88

During IG-88's visit to kusari he encountered 2 groups known as the GC and the blood dragons as well as the cyborg Ironwatsas. It then then decided to copy its programming into another robot so that it could gain the trust of these two groups and possibly there allies the outcasts. He hacked a samura work robot and refitted and improved its armor and systems. The new unit with its programming was called IG-88-DR
