Not completely, I still am seeing multiple bases with upwards of one billion credits in the banks.


Nobody in their right mind would keep over ~200m in a base, given their tendencies to be destroyed.

Those money stats are the same before rollback. With full supplement, a base is nearly immortal.

There were some bases that had around 20 bils.
