Trading from Outcasts to Lawful Gallia - is the Freelancer ID the only option?

Ship on a Freelancer ID - still just the Borderworlds Transport/Firefly?

Pirate train is illegal/not allowed in Gallia. NPCs will ignore you of course, but GRP and GRn can fine you for flying that ship.
On the other hand, if you want to smuggle cardamine, it does not really matter.

What about freighter routes? There was some buzz about certain docking points only being available to freighters, but was it ever implemented?

The Junker ID is rather irrelevant, if he wants a different ID for the sake of using a larger transport. The Junker ID has the same cargo limitation as the FL one, what with the Ptrain being the largest transport they can use.

Do not use a Junker ID, they have a rephack to Gallic Lawfuls

I would say a BWT, firefly, or a small Train would get the job done for you You can always pick up the Gallic assault transport too, or any small house transport like a Percheron

No it haves now 4300 cargo limit the Junker id! use any ship!
