banned for no apparent reason

about three weeks ago my whole account got banned from the server

i have posted in other places and had no avail

could someone please umbann me or tell me why i was banned in the first place

oh and my characters were

shark

and

jim jamz


if this is not the right place to post can someone tell me so i can do it in the right one
