there is hardly a "standard" price. - they are as expensive as people pay for them - and that varies greatly. - personally, i set my prices at 5 million / weapon to buy - and when i sell them ( if i sell them .. i rather give them away, cause i consider them mostly useless ) - its usually 2-3 million.

however, people have been buying for 10million and more - and have been selling for that much or more. - really up to whoever buys / sells. when its about the pure usefulness.... they are not worth much more than anything else, - it needs someone that likes 600ms weapons at a 2.0 refire ... ( which i am not )

the cerberus is not too easy to get, i think - i would say ... go for 5 million minimum and try to get maybe 10 - but don t be disappointed when you don t get that much. - i d try faction weaponstorages or official weapondealer - they can tell you how much ( i think most of them wouldn t cheat on you about the price )

I have eight collected them all myself though four cerbs and four prometheus so yeah I'm one of the "jerks" that has a full code loadout on my bombers and fighters. The codes I picked do represent the faction spaces though not that that really justifys it.

I did give the faction weapons a shot though honestly I just got the code temptation later on when I struggled with Transport shields.

I went to buy codes once and someone tried to charge me 10 mil for two jades so I decided just to collect them myself.
So I guess people probably do pay that not me though.

I sell at a lot lower than most, and think it may have been a amistake...

Ah well, I get customers.

and yes, price ranges are extremely flexible, because of no set prices.

Visit my Arms dealer instead! (Malarlo):P

When buying/selling weapons you need to consider a few things.

-Damage per second
-Energy usage combined with damage, that means energy efficiency
-Refire rate - 2.0 or 3.03
-Difficulty level of looting that weapon

I would estimate Cerberus as under average code weapon, and I wouldn't pay more then 3 million.
It does 810 damage for 180 energy, while Prometheus (for example) does 860 damage for 165 energy.
Also, it's in Liberty space, so it's pretty close from 'spawning-point' - Manhattan.

Most expensive codes, in my opinion, are :

Excalibur
Archangel
Prometheus
Golden blade
And a few more, can't think now!

Or they should be, at least. Of course, the prices also depend on how much someone is ready to pay for it.
For example, if you have 10 excaliburs and no one wants to buy it, you need to lower the prices if you want to sell them.

Server is down so I'v nothing better to do then to spam the board.:P
