Bounty board closed, factions right to make new or sponsor other boards suspended.

We cannot have players potentially chasing Bounties when outstanding payments are due since May 2014.

MONIES OWED - Please pay outstanding bounties otherwise a ship will be liquidated to cover the outstanding payments - 7 days to pay.
