Well, the usual OORP if happens, it usually contains "lol" "I hate you" and similar.
Or by the rules if something happens where we must go OORP we use //.
But if a corporate trader who has guns pointed at his ship and his crew behaves like "Yeah, say hello to your mother" and similar, isn't that OORP as well ?
Or if merc goes "Yeah yeah keep hugging that gunboat" or "You loser, he feed you bots" isn't that OORP as well ?
I mean there are people who have characters with cocky attitude, but there are just some people who RP things which have no sense for their character to say inRP in that situation in space...
So, would this be something reportable ? Or its a video game and I shouldn't view it in such serious manner ?

Apparently I run a character that does the same thing as you mentioned.

Apparently, I run my character with proper RP, making sure I don't do a mistake that would provoke people to report me and call me OORPing, but that is something I try to avoid, mostly doing it the "legit" way.
Also,it wouldn't be much oorp unless the guy does it out of the scope of the rules, like saying profane or shouting out a lot of profanity at people.
EDIT: Also...

I mean, I wouldn't go as far as reporting people because of such things, but to be honest I lose my interest for any interaction with them after things like that, suddenly I am in character, then they just show me they're -insert age- year old behind screen angry at me cause I stopped/shoot etc him.

About OOrp, a sentence like "i hate you" or stuff like that are not always OOrp, a fleeing pirate is expected to say something like that to a lawfull chasing him, for example.
Something i noticed sometimes is that there are people who believe that roleplay is using *chuckles* instead of "hehe", or *laughs* instead of "haha", but that doesnt sound very reasonable to me, since "hehe" and "haha" are sounds translated into writing, which for me its a perfect roleplay, when i read a sentence with a "soundword" in the middle i imediatly get what im supposed to understand from it.
Some people believe that roleplaying is a forced thing, writing with capital letters in the beggining of every sentence and so on in chat, others believe taht you cant use smilies ( :D : ) ; ) ...), for me the matter is what you are saying, not the way you type it, for me: "Hello Captain *smiles*" is the same as "hello captain :D", since you get the message and the character intentions either way.
RP can be relative too, "lol", could seem completly OOrp TO ME, since it isnt even a sound, but well, nowadays people even say the "word" "lol" sometimes from what i hear, so for some it may be normal to hear these three letters togheter, and for em it would be completly acceptable to hear it in a "video conference" or "radio comm"...
Well, like daniyalcooldude said: "Also,it wouldn't be much oorp unless the guy does it out of the scope of the rules, like saying profane or shouting out a lot of profanity at people.". I think in the end he is mostly right.
Nearly EVERY trader I meet speaks ooRP, and ignores the "Cannot re-enter system", 10 minutes later, you can guarantee they'll be back in the system they died in, send them a message "// You have to stay out of that system", and it's completely ignored because they think they can do whatever they like.
There aren't enough sanctions in the day to deal with them all.
Also the amount of times I hear "YOU CAN'T REENGAGE!!! 2 HOUR RULE" in system (after I kill them), when they are the ones breaking said rule.
Take this fine bit of RP from a base supplier for E.G:
I'm RPing a Police char and spot a Rogue Pirate Train near Rochester, I follow it to Colorado and CD him...
[04.02.2014 07:53:23] Thargoid: Hold it Rogue
[04.02.2014 07:53:36] Thargoid: Mr?
[04.02.2014 07:53:39] Santionee: hello

[04.02.2014 07:53:56] Santionee: i wont pay money
[04.02.2014 07:54:06] Thargoid: Just stop that ship

[04.02.2014 07:57:03] Santionee: i wil lremind your name
[04.02.2014 07:57:15] Death: Santionee was killed by Thargoid (Gun)
[04.02.2014 07:57:21] Santionee: u will get blowed up soon
Amazing RP, tells me to shoot him and thinks he can just die and re-enter system, no problem coz Re-enforced Alloy is cheap! Typical trader.
2nd time, he re-enters Colorado attempting to supply his base again:
[04.02.2014 08:01:04] Sanctionee: dude read the rules
[04.02.2014 08:01:12] Sanctionee: no reengage for 2 hours
[04.02.2014 08:01:26] Sanctionee: one more missle
[04.02.2014 08:01:28] Sanctionee: and i report u
[04.02.2014 08:01:42] Sanctionee: ok there u go
[04.02.2014 08:01:49] Sanctionee: feel free with your bann
[04.02.2014 08:01:56] Thargoid: I'll ask again
[04.02.2014 08:02:04] Thargoid: Where are you taking that alloy?
[04.02.2014 08:02:06] Sanctionee: and i will say again screw u
[04.02.2014 08:02:32] Thargoid: Fine
[04.02.2014 08:02:50] Thargoid: If you don't stop I'll shoot!
[04.02.2014 08:02:56] Sanctionee: lol
[04.02.2014 08:02:59] Sanctionee: read the rules rookie
[04.02.2014 08:03:02] Sanctionee: no reengage
[04.02.2014 08:03:48] Death: Sanctionee was killed by Thargoid (Missile/Torpedo)
3rd encounter and re-enters Colorado again, this time in his Rouge Dessie:
[04.02.2014 08:06:12] Sanctionee's Dessie: where u? [04.02.2014 08:12:50] Sanctionee's Dessie: so buddy
[04.02.2014 08:12:53] Sanctionee's Dessie: where u going?
[04.02.2014 08:13:02] Sanctionee's Dessie: like shooting trains huh?
Thargoid, that's just regular rule breaking OORP from probably new players, I get that in 8/10 traders I meet.
But I think its more of a problem that someone who is roleplaying space captain behaves like an angry teenager and mistakes it for RP.

It's completely situational. Disco doesn't have a page which sets out how rp must be performed so it has to be based on the circumstances at hand. Unless any rules are broken people can role play how they like.
