A Very Heavy Fighter lands in the bay of the Ames station and Sven steps out of it. It was clearly to see that he was of rheinlandic ancestry, tall, short blond hair and blue eyes.
Its his first time on Ames so he looks around and he is suprised by the rather high civilian activity for a Research base.
He spots Aelita outside the bar and walks to her with a smile "Fräulein Stone?.... Of course, i would recognise that wonderful smile anywhere und in person you are looking much better than on the Comm Screens if I may say so."
He smiles at her "You said you were operating in Liberty systems... i hope you dont had trouble to come here"
"That is good to hear, nevertheless Rogues are.....difficult people. One is maybe friendly and nice... but another Rogue could just wait around the corner with a knife"
He walks to a table and offers her a seat. He waits until she sits down and then also sits down "Anyways... i'm glad to be here, with such a wonderful women just across from me"
He smiles to her "Tell me about yourself, i want to know you better"
"Well...I'm an engineer of sorts, I build drones, not AI's but like remote control kinds of things....That's mostly due to when I was younger, I didn't have any siblings to play with so I just built stuff in my down time...another thing is to note is i'm part cybernetic...Reason for that is when I was about eight, my families ship was attacked, I feel about three decks and landed on a burning object...after that I was in medical for about another year, my spine was damaged and so was the link between my spine and brain...I survived, that's all I care about..."She ordered a drink from the waiter as she arrived.
"There's a lot I could say about myself, Like I used to be a Red Hessian for a year when I was about seventeen but that's only because the Rheinland Military didn't really like me..."Blushing up remembering Sven was a Rheinlander"S-sorry! I-I didn't mean Rheinlander's were bad people!"
He orders a glass of whiskey from the waiter. He looks back at her and smiles slightly "Dont worry.... It's alright...."
He suddenly looks sad "But.... some years ago... this meeting might have ended... horrible...."
The waiter comes back with their drinks and he takes the glass of whiskey and drinks a sip "You must know..... i was part of the Rheinland Military.... 6 years long. Back then... i fightet for what Rheinland stands for and well... that included the fight against Red Hessians... god i hope we never encountered in a fight..."
He takes another sip, she can see that it hurts him talking about this "Anyways.... that was befor i discovered that the.... Nomads infected the Military. Thats was when i grabbed all my stuff and got the hell out of Rheinland... somewhere where they couldnt find me.... and my choice were the Omicrons"
He looks back to her and smiles again but it looks like he is trying to suppress his other feelings "I..i'm sorry... I'm boring you with my life story"
"My family?.... I... havent seen them for 2 years..... After my escape from Rheinland i lived on Freeport 9.... without somebody knowing who i'm and from where i come... for the people on the station i was just an ordinary guy from Rheinland"
He takes a sip from his glass "Well... i was born and grown up on Planet Stuttgart with my Mother and my Father. My mother was a businesswoman and my father was in the Military. I was an only child so I cant complain that I didnt got what I wanted, but because of my parents jobs... I spent most of my time alone. When I was 13 my father was killed and from there on my mother looked alone after me. When i was 20 i decided to step into my father's shoes and joined the Military"
He looks into his glass "And now?... heck i dont even know if my mother is still alive... the mother of a traitor... you have no idea.... how much it hurts me to betray the nation and the people i loved.... to safe them"
He looks back to her and forces a smile "I...I'm talking too much of me again... what about you? Tell me about your family"
"My parents were both Zoners, not pilots, but crew members on a ship called the Winters Last Stand, it was a refueling and resupplying ship in the Omicrons...however that was shortly lived when the Corsairs picked us as easy pray and attacked...my parents perished in the ship and I stayed with my older sister Milly who was on the Freeport at the time..."
Sipping her drink in remark again
"After that I joined the order training programs on the Freeport and soon moved to becoming a actual pilot...not much else to say, a regular group of Order pilots ain't we?"
"Ja... thats what we are"
He smiles "I found my way into the Order due to a drunken Order agent. One day i was drinking my drink in the bar of Freeport 9 and suddenly this... totaly drunk Agents sits next to me and starts talking about his life. We sat there the whole night and told some stories and laughed... like how all drunken men behave"
He laughs "Then he told me about the Order and what they are doing. People who are trying to safe humanity from the Nomads.... and thats how i landed in the Order"
He drinks the last sip and puts the glass aside. He leans over the table and puts his arms a bit crossed onto the table so he can be a bit closer to her "So... Veteran Agent Stone.... i heared of your adventures in the Order and how you always managed to stay cool... even in the most delicate situations... that is something that really impresses me... and i must say that i feel really attracted to you.... I have never met a woman like you before"
